Each client is given their chauffeur's name and personal cell phone number at the time their reservation is confirmed.  This added peace of mind is just one more example of how we live up to our name: Ultra.  There is no extra charge for being met at the bottom of the "Arrivals" escalator, but it does add approximately 20 minutes to the time you will spend at the airport.

SMF Arrival Details           SMF is a fairly small airport and is first time visitor friendly
- Terminal A:  The ground transportation waiting area is just 20 steps beyond the last baggage carrousel.  Look for the uniformed chauffeur holding the bright pink sign bearing your name.

- Terminal B & International:  Once you are at the curb with your luggage, simply call your chauffeur, who will then drive over from the cell phone lot in less than 5 minutes. SMF is currently in the midst of major construction as a new Terminal B is being built to replace the old one.  Some slight delays in responding from the cell phone lot may occur.

SFO Arrival Details    Relax, you'll also have your chauffeur's name & cell phone number
- Domestic: You will be met as close to the exit from your airline as permitted by law.  Watch for the bright pink sign emblazoned with your name.  Your chauffeur will assist you in gathering your luggage and then escort you to the parking structure.

- International:  You will be met at the exit from Customs.  Watch for the bright pink sign emblazoned with your name.  Your chauffeur will take your bags and escort you to the parking structure.

You may elect to significantly shorten your time at the airport by requesting a curbside pickup.  Simply call your chauffeur when you are at the ground transportation curb in front of the terminal and your car will arrive at the curb in approximately 5 minutes.  Your personalized bright pink sign will be on the dash.
